The junior secondary school of primary education means grades 7 to 9. On the website of the Finnish Parents’ League, you can find a guide for parents on moving to junior secondary school. It is available in many different languages. Among other things, the guide tells you how going to school changes compared to elementary school, what kind of support students need from their parents and what healthy lifestyles and daily rhythms are like.
